Terms of use of the service
These terms govern the use of Ti Canto, a service for creating, managing, approving and delivering personalised songs.
Version 2026-10 · in force since October 2026
Subject of the service
Ti Canto lets the user create personalised songs through software tools and assisted generation services, store them, check them, approve them and share or send them through the configured channels.
An automated service
Ti Canto is an automated service. The lyrics and the music are produced by automated generation tools: no human creative review of the text or of the music is included. Any human involvement is limited to security, technical assistance, abuse handling, legal compliance and maintenance, and never amounts to an editorial or artistic review of what you create.
Account and responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, the recipients' contact details, the content requested and the compliant use of the service. Using Ti Canto for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory content, content that harms others' rights or infringes intellectual property is prohibited.
Acceptable use
When using the service you must not:
- generate or upload unlawful content;
- infringe others' copyright;
- deceptively impersonate people or organisations;
- use another person's voice without authorisation;
- use the result commercially beyond the licence granted;
- resell the file as your own product;
- upload excessive personal data;
- enter special categories of data without good reason;
- use the service for harassment, defamation or fraud.
Songs and approval
Before a song is created, the request may undergo an automatic content check for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Approval then publishes the song.
Prices, free preview, packs and gift codes
The service may include free previews, purchases of individual songs, packs of credits/songs and gift codes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ti Canto does not provide subscriptions with automatic renewal. The controller may update the features, limits, prices and functionality of the service, without prejudice to the need to inform the user in the cases provided.
Sending to recipients
The user remains responsible for the contact details entered and for being authorised to use the recipients' data. Email or Telegram deliveries also depend on the availability of third-party providers, the correctness of technical configurations and the delivery policies of the relevant channels.
Immediate delivery and right of withdrawal
A song, once generated and delivered, is digital content supplied at your express request. Before paying, the user expressly asks to receive it straight away and acknowledges that, once delivered, the right of withdrawal is lost (art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). The request is recorded with the purchase and confirmed by email. The free preview lets the user hear the song before deciding whether to buy it.
For credits or packs that have not yet been used and for gift codes that have not yet been redeemed, the rights provided by law apply; the detailed rules for these cases are being finalised and will be updated here.
Conformity of digital content and services
The mandatory rights granted to consumers by the Italian Consumer Code on the conformity of digital content and digital services remain fully preserved. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the remedies the law grants you where the digital content or service is not in conformity.
Nature of the service
TiCanto produces, at the user's request, personalised digital content — currently mainly musical sound recordings and, in future, possibly associated video or audiovisual content (the “Content”). The Content is created through an automated software process that also uses artificial-intelligence systems and third-party technical services. By purchasing the TiCanto service, the user commissions the production of a personalised digital Content and acquires the right to use it under the licence set out in these Terms; downloading the file is a means of delivering the Content. The user does not purchase the software, access to the underlying AI systems, or commercial-exploitation rights in the Content.
Licence in the Content
Unless otherwise expressly stated, and within the limits of the rights TiCanto holds in the generated Content, the purchaser and the designated gift recipient are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial and non-sublicensable licence to download, keep, reproduce and privately use the Content. The licence allows personal enjoyment and private sharing of the Content, and also permits — within the limits compatible with third-party rights — sharing on the user's own non-monetised personal profiles.
Unless authorised in writing, the licence does not include the right to:
- sell or resell the Content;
- sublicense it;
- use it in advertising or promotional campaigns;
- use it in products or services intended for sale;
- monetise or commercially distribute it;
- use it as a commercial soundtrack;
- register it in Content ID or similar systems;
- present it as Content in which the user holds exclusive rights;
- grant commercial rights to third parties.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the software, models, technologies, algorithms or other tools used to produce the Content.
The licence is non-exclusive: TiCanto does not warrant that similar musical, stylistic, harmonic, timbral or generative elements will not appear in Content produced for other users. The licence is granted within the limits of the rights TiCanto is authorised to grant in the generated result and does not warrant the existence of exclusive copyright in the Content, nor its registrability or protectability as an exclusive work.
The Content is produced through a personalised generative process: the nature of generative systems makes it impossible to guarantee the absolute absence of similarities with existing content. The user remains responsible for the materials, names, texts, images and information they provide to the service.
Keeping your songs
Purchased songs, together with their listening pages, cards and related content, remain available on the service's servers for at least five years from the user's most recent purchase. Every new purchase restarts the five years for all of the user's songs. This is without prejudice to the user's right to delete them earlier and to the sections on suspension, termination and availability of the service.
Deletion of songs
The user may request or trigger the deletion of unwanted songs. Deletion may involve removing the content from ordinary use, while retaining minimal audit data, technical logs and references necessary for security, compliance, administrative management and protection of rights.
Suspension and termination
The controller may suspend or restrict accounts, songs, deliveries or access in case of breach of the terms, risk of abuse, missed payments, security needs, orders from the authorities, or protection of the service and of third parties. Where appropriate, the user will receive notice with the reason for the suspension.
Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided with reasonable diligence, but may experience interruptions, slowdowns, dependencies on external providers, maintenance, network errors, API limits, anti-abuse blocks and delivery problems not entirely within the controller's control.
Applicable law and contacts
The service is provided by de Aloe Greco Informatica di dott. Olga de Aloe, registered office Via Michelangelo da Caravaggio, 143/E - 80126 Napoli, Italia, VAT number IT07156900636.
