How much does a song cost?
A song costs €7.99 at launch; afterwards the price will be €9.99. 5 songs together cost €34.99. A gift code costs the same as the song.
The preview is free and there is no subscription.
How long does it take?
A couple of minutes. You tell us about them, we make it, and you listen straight away — no waiting for days.
Can I listen before paying?
Yes. You hear a preview and pay only if it convinces you.
What if I don't like how it turned out?
You make it again. Every song comes with four tries included: change what is wrong and try again, at no extra cost.
Is the song created with artificial intelligence?
Yes. Artificial intelligence writes the lyrics and composes the music from what you tell us: the name, the occasion, your memories, the genre, the mood and the voice. No person rewrites the song for you. You do read and fix the lyrics before they become music, though, and you hear the preview before deciding whether to buy it.
What language can the song be in?
Sixteen of them. Italian and English; the Neapolitan, Sicilian, Romanesco, Venetian, Tuscan and Milanese dialects; and then French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Greek and Turkish. Do you need another one? Contact us!
Can you see the words while the song plays?
Yes, and it is included. The words scroll in time with the music.
How do I give it?
Two ways. A link to send, or a card to print and hand over in person: whoever gets it scans the code and listens.
Does the person receiving it need an account?
No. They open the link and listen — nothing to sign up for, nothing to download.
What is the difference between giving a song and giving a code?
With the song you choose the story and hand over the finished track, with its page and its card. With a gift code you leave the choice to whoever receives it: they tell their story and create their own song. A code costs the same as a song and is redeemed on the «I have a code» page.
I have a code: where do I enter it?
A gift code goes in the «I have a code» page. A discount code goes in when making a song.
How do I pay?
By credit or prepaid card, or with PayPal.
Does the song become my property?
When you buy Ti Canto you receive the personalised digital content and a personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial licence to use and keep it. The software, the technology used to produce it and any commercial-exploitation rights are not transferred.
Can I post it on social media?
You can share it on your own personal profiles, as long as the posting is not for commercial or monetisation purposes and respects third-party rights.
Can I put it on Spotify or other platforms?
The standard Ti Canto licence does not include commercial distribution on music platforms or streaming services intended for monetisation.
Can I use it in advertising?
No, not under the standard personal licence. Commercial uses require specific authorisation.
