Delete your account and data

How to request it

• From the app (Android / iOS): open your profile and choose account management, then request deletion.
• From the web: sign in and use your account area, or write to amministrazione@dealoegrecoinformatica.biz.
• If you never had an account (for example you received a gift): write to amministrazione@dealoegrecoinformatica.biz — see Privacy for the recipient.

What happens

On deletion we remove your personal data — email, name, password, access tokens, voice samples, drafts and lyrics, deliveries, playback logs, notifications and consents — and we strip the recipient's data from each of your songs. Your account is then locked and cannot be used again.

What we must keep: purchase and accounting records required by law, and the bare song rows (which no longer say for whom), because deleting the user row would leave them dangling. See the privacy policy.
