Cookies and measurement tools
In short: we use technical cookies only, needed for the site to work, and anonymous, aggregate statistics on the server. No profiling, no targeted advertising, no third-party cookies. That's why you won't find a banner asking you to “accept”: with only technical tools and anonymous statistics, the law (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante's guidelines of 11 June 2021) requires us to inform you, not to collect consent.

The technical cookies we use
They are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for and require no consent. Turning them off in the browser may prevent login, the private area or security features.

Anonymous statistics, without cookies
To understand how many people visit us and from which areas, and how many of them complete a song, we keep aggregate counts on our server. This measurement:
- uses no cookies and no identifier on your device;
- does not store your IP address: it is used for an instant to derive only the region you're visiting from (or the country, from abroad) and then discarded;
- records only numbers per day, brand and area — never data referable to an individual;
- is not shared with third parties.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring the service's trend in anonymous form (art. 6.1.f GDPR). As these are aggregate statistics with no storage on the device, no consent is required. Distinct daily visitors are estimated through a temporary fingerprint, computed with a random value and deleted at the end of the day, which does not allow the address to be traced.
What we do NOT do
We don't use profiling cookies, we don't run targeted advertising, we don't integrate third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and we don't embed social widgets or external trackers. Payments are handled by the respective providers (for example Stripe or PayPal) on their pages, when you choose to pay: at that point their own policy applies.

The listening player loads Google's Cast library when you use the “cast to TV” feature. The site's web fonts are hosted on our servers and do not cause requests to Google.
How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Disabling essential technical cookies may compromise login, profile, song management and security features. If we ever introduce non-technical tools, we'll update this page and, where required, ask for your prior consent.
